I have worked with Jillian on two occasions.  She picked me up promptly and made sure that I was on time for my surgeries.  During and after my surgery, she was there to tend to my needs and to be my advocate.  After I was released, she took me home and made sure that I was settled and had everything that I needed.  I highly recommend Jillian.  She made the surgical process so much easier.  She has continued to check on me periodically since the surgery to see how I am progressing.  You will find that she is very friendly companion and easy to talk with.  She is the help that you need to get you through your situation.  - Joe B

We have been acquainted with Jillian MacKnight since 1990.   At that time she began to be a daytime companion to my 90 year old widowed father who insisted on staying in his own home.  She provided helpful skills around the house, shopping, cooking, chauffeuring and hours of conversation.  In June of 2013 Jillian moved into the house as a full-time companion as my father's needs increased.  Until 2017, Jillian provided all of these helpful skills as well as safety and laughter to my father during his final years.   It has been a comfort to our family to know she genuinely found him interesting, cared for him, as well as enriching his life with friendship.  - Dr. Robert R & Marion R

I have worked with Jillian in volunteer capacities and I find her to be a compassionate person who can handle some of the most difficult situations.  As a caregiver her strengths and her training as a life coach, her calmness in stressful situations and her over all kind demeanor are a perfect combination for after surgery care.  I do not suggest she would be easy to push over because her strengths are what you need post-surgery or in a situation where you need care and sound reason. She is a servant at heart and professional. Anyone would be in good hands with her care.  - DPW

Jillian came over to the house every day to take care of my father for over a month.  It was a true blessing to know that Jillian was always so faithfully show up on time to help relieve the family during such a stressful time during my father's last days.  I know my father was not the easiest man to care for, but she never wavered in her care for him.   The only way I can describe our experience, is that she must be an angel sent from heaven.  - K.H.

When I started doing prison ministry with Jillian, it was amazing to witness her heart for those ladies in white.  They were willing to open up share from the depths of their soul as she encouraged them to trust Jesus through their temporary daily struggle.   I heard Jillian's story of overcoming great tragedy from early childhood,  it was truly remarkable to see all that God can do to transform a fully surrendered life, that is obedient to His eternal plan.  Changing one life at a time.  -Phyllis V.

I contacted Jillian to request that she be my new Caregiver for 2 days a week.  Without me even having to ask, she'd attend to the smallest of details which  was so refreshing.   I enjoys the hours of fascinating conversations that we'd had.  -Rick S

 I have a special needs son who needed a sitter for the afternoon.  Jillian took the time to help him feel safe and open up to talk about his fears and uncertainties.  He has continued to request her to come back, but we no longer live in Texas, so he doesn't understand that.  If Jillian were willing to move to Kansas it would be such a blessing.  I have not been able to find a replacement like her since.  -Rodney A

If you are having surgery, all I have to say is CALL JILLIAN!!   She has to be the absolute sweetest lady I've ever meet in my life.  Her stories are completely amazing; who needs television when you've got Jillian around. I've never met such a prayer warrior!  -Randy M

For years our family had gone through various government agencies to help care for our teenage daughter with special needs.   There was a problem with scheduling our normal caregiver one day, and when I called upon Jillian to see if she could come to our rescue, she showed up within an hour and took our daughter out to several sights around the city for an exciting field trip.  -Christina S

Tonight, I just needed someone to be my companion for the evening.  I wanted to see a musical and have an enjoyable dinner out on the town.   Jillian showed up to my door dressed up as elegant as Ginger Rogers.  It was a honor to walk into a room with her on my arm.  - Robert L.

I had a major surgery scheduled for March 2016 in Southlake, Texas. The surgery was extensive enough that  I would require not only transportation to and from the surgical center, but also a great deal of bedside assistance following the procedure.  I was in a position where I did not have friends or family available to assist and the nature of the procedure was private which limited the number of people to turn to.  A friend of mine had hired an independent care assistant after her surgery so I decided to do the same.  I hired Jillian MacKnight after finding and reviewing her website, where I was overwhelming pleased with her credentials and years of experience as a caregiver.

On the date of my surgery, she showed up at my front door on time, which was a respectable feat considering that we had a 6:00 AM start time.  I was somewhat anxious and scared during the intake and prep processes, given that this was my first surgery, however, Jillian was there along the entire way and kept me relaxed and level headed.  She was extremely professional yet personable and her confident mannerisms proved to be invaluable.  Jillian was thorough and attentive and fully committed to her duties from start to finish and I had no need left unattended to.  I would hire her again for any future surgeries and I consider her a highly qualified surgical assistant who would make a tremendous impact on any medical organization that were to bring her on their staff. - Tanya B
